The irradiation angle of a typical T8 tube is between 130D-180D, similar to a floodlight. The luminance of those lamps are weak when installed on a high ceiling. This manages to improve the regular T8 tubes luminance by decreasing the irradiation angle from 180D to 60D with a specific lens.
